As the shopper you, have the full right to cancel any unbranded purchase within seven days of purchase with us. If you do wish to have your payment reversed, you must return the item(s) you have received from us at Image On in the original condition. We as a company are not responsible for any loss or damaged goods during transit when the item(s) are returned from you, the buyer. We also do not cover the postage costs for any returning orders. We therefore suggest using a tracked and signed for delivery service. A full refund for your item(s) will be issued upon arrival and inspection of the returned goods.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you can do so within 7 days at your cost. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under this procedure, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Image On in good new condition, we'll issue a refund for the product via your original payment method less a handling/restocking fee of 10%.

We are happy to replace all faulty branded items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty.
If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, leave it to us to arrange collection for return.
We offer 28 days return on all faulty garments at a manufacturing level.
We ask that you take great care when placing you order as branded garments that are incorrectly sized cannot be returned.
It’s very rare but in the instance that print has not adhered to the garment correctly we ask that you return it and allow us to re-press. This generally solves any issues

We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. For that reason, we ask you to take your time when designing your custom clothing before submitting them for production. Please note that any visuals that are provided are for visual representation and may not be to scale.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund opened underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery, and swimwear unless faulty. We can exchange or refund these items if hygiene strips and tags are in place and the original packaging is unopened and unmarked.
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
